Down syndrome Outreach (DsO) is a program of The Arc of Whatcom County. The mission of DsO is to advocate for the rights, promote the potential and abilities, and create a supportive and inclusive community for people with Down syndrome.

The Michele Hill Endowment

The Michele Hill Endowment is a permanent fund from which only earned income is spent. The principal is invested under the guidance of the Budget Committee of the Board of directors. Funds come to the endowment through gifts designed for that purpose by donors and through unrestricted capital gifts that the Board of Directors designates for endowment. By making a contribution to the Michele Hill endowment, your gift will ensure that Michele’s vision of The Arc of Whatcom County as an effective resource, a strong advocate and a dedicated base of support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families will be a reality for future generations.
