The State Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction requires that clock hour payments be made by the individual, not by their school or district. Signed clock hour verification forms are available at the conclusion of the inservice, upon your submission of a completed evaluation form, and are to be kept on file by the individual as proof of their participation.
